What if parents miss the deadline?
No worries! We can re-open the account for parents to easily access and purchase Speed Stacks gear!
How does shipping work?
Once you register for the Group Order, we’ll ship it directly to your school which is 3-5 business days dependent on location. When ready to close, we provide a return shipping label for the remaining Speed Stacks gear.
Can funds be applied directly to Speed Stacks equipment?
Yes, you can. You also have the option to apply funds towards a US Games Gift Card or Cash Back.
Do we have to handle money?
No, with the Online Option, families pay via credit card through an online link.
How long does a school typically hang on to the Group Order for?
Most schools have 2-3 weeks of open sales. However, it’s OK to adjust your open / close dates at any time.
What if I run low or out of Speed Stacks gear?
We’ll help monitor your account BUT you can request more Speed Stacks gear at any time during your sales.
Does Speed Stacks need to be an approved vendor in order to participate?
No. We can keep the Group Order as Online Only where funds are directly received by Speed Stacks.
What if we sell less than $200?
If sales are less than $200, no earnings will be issued to the school.
Can teachers and participants outside of the school purchase the Speed Stacks gear?
Yes! Anyone can purchase the Speed Stacks gear available at school.
What if I’m accepting credit card payments only but a student / family member pays with cash?
We recommend you check with the front office, treasurer or secretary on how to proceed.
What if a student breaks a cup or the timer malfunctions upon purchasing?
Notify our customer service team and we’ll help resolve the situation.
