This warm up helps develop coordination, consistency and muscle memory. 1 shuffle, 2 rapid fires, 3 minutes of 3-3-3s, 4 minutes of 3-6-3s, 5 minutes of cycles.
Try varying speed during upstacks and downstacks. Can also be completed with non-dominant hand, i.e. right-handed stackers complete from right to left using left hand as the lead hand.
