The Festival's "Opening Ceremonies". Over 30 primary schools' teachers and students attended this year's event.

Event: The Bromley Festival of Sport 2004 -
When Bromley Schools held a Festival of Sport, Speed Stacks were asked to attend and hold workshops for the many school teams present.

Throughout the day, the teams and their coaches from over 30 primary schools were treated to instruction in sport stacking.

Speed Stacks held Workshops -
The workshops were designed to give students and teachers an insight into stacking and to educate them of the many benefits, including how this could help both with other sporting activities and academically.

Speed Stacks' Relay Races visibly demonstrates how stacking can inspire the students to move. Many races can easily be adapted to incorporate a wide variety of physical movement.

Each workshop contained around 30 students. At the end of each workshop, the students and coaches were given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in exciting relay races.

In the name of fun...
Many of the teachers present said they were surprised by just how much fun the stacking was. They also said they were impressed by the level of physical activity involved in the relay races. Another teacher commented "the kid's were having fun and they didn't realise just how much running they were doing!"
