Order Fulfillment

All UPS expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select) orders received by 12:00 p.m. MT (M-F) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. MT will be processed the following business day. All UPS Ground orders will ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive your UPS Ground order within 2-7 business days after it ships. UPS will e-mail you a tracking number when your order ships.

Sending to another address - When 'Ship To' and 'Bill To' addresses differ:

To process your order correctly, the information entered on the "Shipping & Billing" screen must be accurate. If you are shipping to an address different from your "Bill to" information, you need to use the telephone number at the "Ship to" address and not repeat your "Bill to" phone number.

Our accounting system is keyed to recognize and match addresses with phone numbers when we process your order for shipping. Therefore, it is important to have accurate "Ship to" information so that your package goes where you specify. We appreciate your help in expediting your order.

Shipping on Group Orders

Standard Group Orders

Once Speed Stacks receives payment of your group order, the order will ship within 2 business days. Shipping via UPS Ground within the U.S. takes 2-7 business days. Shipping to Canada is approximately 7-10 business days.

Online Group Orders

Orders placed through the online Group Order Store ship in total after the teacher has submitted the group order and payment has been received. Shipping via UPS Ground within the U.S. takes 2-7 business days. Shipping to Canada is approximately 7-10 business days.

How to Qualify for Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to individuals in the continental United States whose online merchandise sales at the Speed Stacks Store total $100.00 or more.

Please Note:
• Shipping method offered is Ground by UPS (allow 3-10 business days).
• Order must total $100.00 or more in merchandise exclusive of any shipping/handling fees.
• Offer is available only by shopping online at the Speed Stacks Store.
• Shipping destination must be within the United States only excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping is automatically adjusted at checkout in the Speed Stacks Store.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options and Ship Times

The Speed Stacks web site currently ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and most U.S. Territories.

Domestic orders are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). When your transaction is completed at the Speed Stacks Store, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you have provided. Included in that email is a UPS tracking number. If you do not receive your UPS notification, please check your spam folder.

Guaranteed Overnight Delivery by 10:30 a.m. UPS Next Day Air® features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments. It provides Next-Day service on weekdays. Service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: To ship same day, the order must be entered by 12 PM MT. All orders entered after 12 PM MT will ship the following business day.

Next Day Air Early AM

Guaranteed Early Morning Delivery. When your shipments demand first-thing-in-the-morning delivery. It also provides reliable early-morning service on weekdays. Service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: To ship same day, the order must be entered by 12 PM MT. All orders entered after 12 PM MT will ship the following business day.

Next Day Air Saver

Guaranteed Overnight Delivery by 3:00 p.m. Available in the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of the next business day. Service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: To ship same day, the order must be entered by 12 PM MT. All orders entered after 12 PM MT will ship the following business day.

2nd Day Air

Guaranteed Second-Day Delivery. On-time delivery throughout the U.S.* and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. This is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments. Service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
* Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed.

3 Day Select

Guaranteed Three-Day (business days) Delivery offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Ground

On-schedule Delivery to U.S. Addresses to all 48 contiguous states, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Standard Ground Delivery or "standard" shipping delivers in 3 to 7 Business Days.

USPS mail

All U.S. mail orders ship within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. This shipping option is only available for orders weighing less than 1 pound. Shipping will take approximately 7 business days. A tracking number is not available.

Hawaii and Alaska only

You may select delivery from the drop-down box on the 'select shipping' screen in the store.

Using the USPS (Postal Service) alternative may affect cost savings for you. Average USPS Priority Mail ship time is estimated at 10 business days.

Sales tax

In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge sales tax in the state of Colorado (where Speed Stacks has operations), California, and Texas. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

Items on Backorder

From time to time, a Speed Stacks product might sell out of inventory (be "out-of-stock") and be placed on "backorder".

If your order contains only an out-of-stock product, your order will be held and will be shipped when Speed Stacks receives the item in inventory ("stock").

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items; the in-stock products will ship by the method you selected. The remaining backordered items will ship when they return into inventory.

Shipping takes approximately 5 business days once the order ships. Customs and duties charges are included in the shipping cost.

UPS Standard
