| Press the POWER button to turn your StackMat on. | ![]() |

Place your hands on the two yellow circles (touch pads). Make sure to cover as much of the touch pads with your hands as possible. Don't cup your hand or use just your finger tips. The RED light on the timer will light up when you have BOTH HANDS on the touch pads. |

After both hands are in place for at least 1 second, the GREEN light will turn on. This means that your StackMat is ready and you can start stacking whenever you are ready. If you remove your hands before the green light comes on, your StackMat timer won't start. |

When you are finished, quickly place both hands back on the touch pads. BOTH HANDS must be on the touch pads at the same time to stop the timer.

Your time is shown on the display. It will stay there until you press the RESET button, even if you turn the power off. |

| When you're finished, you can turn the timer off by pressing the power button again. If you leave it on accidentally, the timer will turn itself off after 5 minutes to conserve the batteries. If the timer is left running (both lights flashing), it will turn itself off after 10 minutes. | ![]() |
