		How do I use it?

		Speed Stacks Competition Timer

		With your Competition Timer attached to your Generation 2 StackMat, locate the "Power" button on the face of your Timer.

		Locate the "Touch Pads" on the left and right ends of your Timer.

		Place your right and left hands on the touch pads and PRESS down.

		Watch the timer face. A red light will go on when the touch pads are activated by your hands.

		Start your stacking sequence when the light below shows green for "GO".

		Perform your stacking sequence.

		When you complete your stack, place your right and left hands on the "Touch Pads" once more. This action stops the timer.

		Note your time. It is digitally displayed on the Timer in one-hundredths of a second.

		When you are ready to stack once more, depress or push in the "Reset" button. This will clear the previous time. Begin your new sequence by repeating these steps.

		Practice will make you faster!
