"In regards to stacking, any age can do it!  The fastest stacker at my school is a 1st grader, followed by a 4th grader, and then a 2nd grader. We just started stacking this year and the kids love it.

I am starting an after-school club next year. Once the kids learn the basic stacks you can just work it into circuit stations as a recovery station.  I am so happy we invested in a school pack.  I held off for years cause I felt it was a couch potato activity.  I later learned you can have crazy relays with them, work them into obstacle courses, or just use them as a recovery time activity in circuit or interval training. I hope you and your students have as much fun as we have had so far!!!!"
