I
think Speed Stacking is a great sport. But I have a
question. One of my friends at school saw the tape of Emily Fox.
But he thinks the tape has been speeded up throughout the movie.
I've shown him myself but I am not as good as Emily is. So he
still does not believe me. What do I do?" (April

Fox, responding for Speed Stacks,
Hi Keaton! Yes, Emily (and others) are so fast
at stacking Speed Stacks that it looks "unreal" and often
folks think it is a video on fast forward. That's the magic
of cup stacking......it's speed! You might have your friend
watch the tape again and look at the other people while Emily is
stacking. If the tape was sped up then they would be moving
fast as well. Hopefully your friend can someday see someone stack "live" really
fast. With practice it could be YOU! Keep on stackin'!

Speed Stacks, Trisha says, "Hello Speed Stacks! I
REALLY REALLY love the sport of cup stacking! I am an 11 year
old student and my P.E. teacher taught this to me and I thought
WOW, can I get these cups? So I went home after stacking for
a week, and asked and then my dad ordered them and I can't
keep my hands off of them! I
taught my sister the sport, and she was doing well and I went
to this program we had in the mornings at our school, and I got
the cups out and the stack mat and started stacking and my time
was 27.24 seconds off the cycle! My sister is 7 and she does
decent with the cups for an 7 year old, you should see her in
action! We watch the DVD that came with the cups and we watched
the whole thing! What awesome footage.
I
really like Emily's team: "The Cupcakes" nice name!
Her score was unbelieveable! 7.43 seconds, on third try, I was
shocked. She has some fast hands! I hope to be as fast as her!
Brennan and Kit are really fast too. Well just wanted to give
a shout-out to the mailbag, bye!" (March
