Making
the most of a tight budget: Balloon
Clouds: Inflate the balloons until they are approximately the same size each. (Get help if you are the manual inflater we used a "Hi-Float" helium tank and one small tank lasted the entire year of events). Tie the necks of balloons together (don't tie them individually) work in clusters by twisting together two pair of balloons to make a four-balloon cluster. Starting 1' from one of the ends of the line, twist a cluster of balloons around the line so the balloons hang suspended, twist a second cluster and so on down the "line". Keep the clusters random, it looks nicer. Tie to whatever is handy. |
