National Health Through Fitness Day (NHTF Day) is held each year in early March in Washington, DC. NHTF Day brings sports celebrities, sports & fitness industry leaders, physical education instructors and other health conscious people together to advocate on Capitol Hill to “Get America Moving” to overcome the obesity crisis. NHTF Day promotes in particular the Carol M. pelinks4u
We began in 1999 as simply a resource page that linked to other web sites with information we found interesting - hence the name PELINKS4U. Since then we have become much more than a place for links. In fact there are more than 1000 pages in our Archives. We encourage our editors to include ORIGINAL articles written by themselves or invited colleagues about ideas they have or something they have experienced.
