PE 4 Life
"Because of the results we’ve seen in integrating cross lateral movements and hand-eye coordination activities into physical education, sport stacking has already been integrated into many of our programs," said PE4life President and CEO, Anne Flannery.
PE4life was founded in January, 2000 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring active, healthy living by advancing the development of quality, daily physical education programs for all children.
- The PE4life Approach to Physical Education:
- Be offered to every child every day
- Be available for all students, not just the athletically inclined
- Provide a wide variety of sports and fitness activities to promote an active and healthy lifestyle
- Assess students on their personal progress toward fitness and physical activity goals
- Incorporate technology on a regular basis
- Extend beyond the walls of the gymnasium to form community and business partnerships

PE Links 4U
We began in 1999 as simply a resource page that linked to other web sites with information we found interesting - hence the name PELINKS4U. Since then we have become much more than a place for links. In fact there are more than 1000 pages in our Archives. We encourage our editors to include ORIGINAL articles written by themselves or invited colleagues about ideas they have or something they have experienced. Your experience and that of your colleagues is the first place to consider for information. All teachers have valuable information to share even if they are not great writers. We encourage editors to seek practical ideas that help promote quality physical education. Submissions do not have to be long. A second approach might be to look at both print and online publications for articles you can either summarize or get permission to reproduce. If you summarize an article you should also include a complete reference so readers can locate the full article if interested.
